problem with 864p unrar's?

I keep having a problem with the x864 movies. When I go to unrar them I keep getting corrupt files. This does not happen with 720 or 1080p movies. Any ideas? As well, Do you transcode these the same way as the others ? I use MKV2VOB, set on x264 codec, and AVCHD.
